Welcome to Onchain Town
Welcome to Onchain Town
Give DeFi a place to exist.
Onchain Town is a DeFi-native DAO on Robinhood Chain: a walkable town where strategies have storefronts, operators have an identity, and people can meet before deciding where to put their capital.
The idea is to make decentralized finance a place people can participate in together. Walk down a street, discover a shop, explore how its operator puts capital to work and join a conversation about their approach. Financial activity becomes part of a shared world, with people, businesses and a community around it.
At the heart of that world is $SHOP: the town's token for shop-opening eligibility and DAO participation. USDG is the capital investors contribute to shop books. Together, these roles connect community participation with an economy where operators manage strategies and investors choose whose work to back.
Visit a shop. Meet the people behind it. Follow their decisions. Back the work you believe in. Then head to Town Hall and help shape what the community builds together.
Give strategies a storefront
A shop gives an operator a recognizable place in the town. It brings their identity, strategy, investment book and activity into an experience other people can explore. Operators can explain what they are trying to achieve, show how they manage their positions and build relationships with people interested in their work.
Farm shops organize capital around a structured strategy plan. Manual shops give operators a desk for managing trades and liquidity positions. Both give the operator a job to do: make decisions, manage exposure and give investors a reason to keep following their work.
For an investor, discovering a shop is the start of a decision. They can review its approach, understand the risks and choose whether to contribute USDG to its shared book. Investment shares track their participation in that book, whose value can rise or fall with the strategy's results.
A town with an economy
The shops are where operators put capital to work. The marketplace is where shop ownership changes hands. Town Hall is the home of the community treasury and DAO. The streets, chat and arcade make the experience social, playful and worth returning to.
An operator brings a strategy and the work of running it. Investors bring capital and choose which operators deserve their confidence. The storefront brings those people together around an investment book, activity feed and results they can review.
The ambition is a town where doing good work can help an operator earn a reputation and attract more capital. Operators participate in harvested profits through the shop's fee model, giving them an economic reason to run their business well. Investors participate through their shares, while a portion of qualifying activity supports the town treasury.
This creates a connection between the individual shop and the wider community. A shop can become a destination people recognize, discuss and return to. The town gives operators a place to be discovered and capital providers a way to find people whose approach they understand.
Operators do the work. Investors choose who to back. The DAO shapes the town.Explore a social, interactive home for strategies, capital and community.
Walk around town to:
- Discover operators: visit shops and explore their strategies.
- Put your skills to work: build a Farm plan or run a Manual desk.
- Choose who to back: review the strategy and choose where to invest USDG.
- Help shape the town: explore the DAO's treasury, proposals and voting.
- Meet and play: chat, customize your character and challenge a friend at 8-ball.
Built around the DAO
The DAO gives the town a shared purpose. The Town Hall design lets eligible community members propose treasury investments, vote and share eligible realized investment profits under the governance rules.
Shop activity is intended to help fund that shared treasury through protocol fees. Individual operators build their shops; the community makes decisions about the town's capital together.
Governance gives participants a role beyond their own portfolio. They can discuss opportunities, challenge an investment proposal and help decide how shared resources should be used. The board's eligibility design also gives qualifying shop owners a route through realized performance, connecting productive activity in the town with a place in its governance.
The goal is a community with businesses to support, decisions to make and an economy its members help shape. The Town Hall guide explains seats, voting and eligible profit distributions in detail.
Make DeFi fun to take part in
The streets, characters, chat and arcade give people reasons to spend time together. Meet another operator, talk through a strategy, check the town square or play a game of 8-ball with a friend. Those everyday interactions help turn a collection of shops into a community.
The playful setting sits alongside clear financial decisions. Depositing into a shop, buying its ownership or participating in a treasury investment remains a deliberate action governed by the relevant contracts. The town makes those activities easier to discover and discuss; it does not remove their risks.
Find your place in the town
Bring a strategy and build a shop. Bring curiosity and meet the operators. Bring a point of view and join the conversation at Town Hall.
Onchain Town brings those roles into one shared experience: a place to put capital to work, build relationships and make DeFi part of a community.
Town Hall: the DAO
Town Hall: build the town together
A shared town deserves a shared direction.
Town Hall is designed as the home of the Onchain Town DAO: a place for the community to discuss opportunities, propose treasury investments and decide where shared capital goes.
The shops give the town economic activity. The DAO gives its community a way to participate in decisions beyond any individual storefront. An operator can build a business, an investor can back that work, and eligible $SHOP holders can help direct the treasury.
Operators have a path to the table
The board has 10 wallet seats. Eligibility includes a supply-holding route and a route for qualifying shop owners ranked by realized profit. The supply route uses a holding threshold of at least 1% of $SHOP supply.
This gives productive shop operation a role in the town's governance design. Eligibility does not promise a seat: ranking, available seats, filters and refresh rules also apply.
Seats belong to wallets, not NFTs. One wallet can hold only one seat.
$SHOP contract address: 0x896394b09a30ff9bcaa81aa1d0996ab8ebe15b61. ShopBoard contract address: To be confirmed. ShopBoard depends on the $SHOP address for its token-based eligibility rules. The onchain contract guide explains governance, treasury and shop contracts together.
Propose. Discuss. Vote.
Board members can propose treasury investments. A single proposal is capped at 5% of the applicable treasury balance.
A wallet holding more than 25,000 $SHOP can vote. Each eligible wallet receives one vote, with yes and no participation supported. Shop ownership is separate from voting eligibility.
The default proposal cadence is 2 hours, with a 6-hour voting window. These are configurable governance parameters; participants should check the proposal’s displayed timings.
Share in eligible realized results
When a Town Hall investment is closed profitably under the governance rules, its original principal returns to the treasury. Eligible realized profit is allocated:
| Share | Recipients |
|---|---|
| 50% | Equally among the seated wallets captured for that proposal |
| 50% | Equally among eligible wallets that voted on that proposal |
Rewards become claimable balances. Holding $SHOP alone does not guarantee a payout. Losing investments do not generate profit to distribute.
A treasury built through activity
The product's fee model directs shop creation fees, marketplace fees and a share of harvested profits toward the town treasury. The Pons creator trade-fee model also goes to treasury.
The goal is a community whose shared capital grows through useful activity and whose decisions are visible to its participants. Operators, investors and voters each have a part in building that economy.
How shops work
Build a shop. Put your strategy to work.
Shop ownership and investment books use the shops proxy at 0xeCA7e46Dad52536132B36Fea2673100154d8C844 on Robinhood Chain 4663. $SHOP contract address: 0x896394b09a30ff9bcaa81aa1d0996ab8ebe15b61. See Onchain contracts for the assets, adapters and DAO relationships behind the storefront.
A shop gives an operator a place to build an onchain business around their investment decisions. It combines a storefront, ownership NFT, strategy, USDG investment book and activity history.
The opportunity is straightforward: do the work, explain your approach and give people a reason to back you. Investors can discover your shop in the town and decide whether your strategy fits them.
The operator journey
- Choose a permanent mode: Farm or Manual.
- Open your shop and establish its identity.
- Give the storefront a clear identity and explain the strategy.
- Set a plan or manage trades and liquidity from Operate shop.
- Let investors review the activity and decide whether to contribute USDG.
- Keep managing the strategy and communicating its results.
A funded shop lets an operator manage a shared book rather than requiring every investor to execute each trade independently. More capital also means more responsibility: liquidity, execution costs and losses matter.
Opening a shop
The shop minting model requires a wallet to hold 15,000 $SHOP, pay 0.01 ETH, and choose Farm or Manual. The tokens are held, not spent. The mode cannot be switched after mint.
Ownership and responsibility
The owner can appoint an operator and manage the strategy within the contract's permissions. Ownership does not grant the right to redeem another investor's shares. Trading and liquidity decisions can still lose investor capital.
Owners can stop accepting new investments. That does not itself close the withdrawal function, although available liquidity and contract conditions still limit what can be withdrawn.
The harvest model allocates 20% of harvested profit to the shop owner. This rewards profitable operation; it is not a salary, a return guarantee or a fee on every new deposit.
What visitors can review
The shop interface brings together its mode, plan, investment book, cash, positions and available activity data. Check whether figures are simulated, estimated or backed by a live book before using them to judge an operator.
A linked trading wallet can supply public activity history after ownership verification. Its external trading history is distinct from assets actually held and managed in the shop's investment book.
Investing in a shop
Back the operators doing the work
Investing in a shop lets you back an operator's strategy through a shared USDG book. You choose the shop; its owner or appointed operator manages the strategy within the contract's permissions.
$SHOP supports the town's participation and governance design. It is not the asset deposited into a shop investment book.
Before you invest
Visit the storefront and understand what the operator is trying to do. Review its mode, exposure, available activity and performance information. Distinguish the shop's actual book from linked-wallet history, market estimates and simulation balances.
A visible storefront or attractive APY is not proof that a live strategy has generated those returns.
How participation works
- Choose a shop accepting investments.
- Review the strategy, fees and withdrawal conditions.
- Enter the USDG amount and confirm the required wallet transactions.
- Receive shares representing your participation in the book.
- Follow the operator's activity and the value of your position.
- Redeem eligible shares when you want to withdraw.
Backing a Manual shop does not automatically mirror every transaction made by an external linked wallet. The shared book and its contract-authorized actions determine your exposure.
Capital stays at work
Your shares can gain or lose value as the strategy performs. The owner cannot redeem your shares, but their decisions affect the assets backing them.
Withdrawals depend on idle USDG and the contract's current withdrawal limits. Capital deployed into positions may need to be unwound first. A withdrawal preview can therefore be lower than the total value shown for your position.
Pausing new deposits does not itself pause withdrawals. It also does not create liquidity or guarantee immediate redemption.
Farm shops
Farm shops: turn a plan into a storefront
A Farm operator chooses how a shop divides deployable capital between approved stablecoin yield and curated liquidity strategies. Investors can visit the shop, understand the plan and decide whether to back it.
The stable allocation
The stable allocation uses an approved Morpho USDG vault. The curated vault is Steakhouse USDG. It does not use the risk sleeve's 50% APR entry threshold.
Stablecoin denomination does not remove lending, protocol or liquidity risk.
The risk allocation
The risk allocation uses selected Uniswap pools. The strategy considers ranking, liquidity, APR, token age and market capitalization.
The plan's entry criteria include top-10 TVL ranking, at least $1 million TVL, at least 50% APR, token age over three days and market capitalization of at least $100,000. These are selection rules, not promised yields.
Rank or TVL changes alone do not trigger an exit under the plan; the yield exit threshold is below 50% APR. Execution also depends on the curated on-chain allowlists and available liquidity.
Keep cash available
The Farm design reserves a 10% idle USDG buffer before applying stable/risk weights. This supports liquidity management but does not guarantee every withdrawal can be filled immediately.
The operator can adjust the plan while the shop remains permanently in Farm mode. Automation handles allocation, harvesting and rebalancing according to the plan and its execution rules.
Reading APY
The town leaderboard ranks available estimated plan APY. It does not rank verified historical investor returns. Estimates can change, and actual results include execution costs, losses and applicable fees.
Manual shops
Manual shops: bring your skill, build your book
A Manual shop is a home for an active operator's trading and liquidity strategy. Give the strategy an identity, put the book to work, and let prospective investors follow the decisions behind it.
The Manual model brings investor USDG into a shared book. The operator manages supported trades and LP positions through the desk.
Start with the pool
Paste the pool address, or the pool ID for V4. The desk derives the tokens and relevant pool settings so the operator can review the actual pair.
The desk design supports USDG pairs and non-USDG V2/V3 pairs, including WETH pairs. Manual trading is not intended to use Farm's curated token restriction.
For liquidity, the input is a USDG amount. The contract converts that funding into the required side or sides before minting the LP position. Unwinding sells the supported assets back into USDG.
V4 pairs without USDG are unsupported. Nonzero V4 hooks still require approval.
Managing the book
Spot and LP positions are mutually exclusive in the shop design. Operators should review slippage, price ranges, routing and available balances before signing.
Linking an operator's trading wallet
An owner can link a trading wallet through the ownership-verification flow in Operate shop. This gives the storefront an external public activity source.
Linked-wallet trades are not automatically executed with the shop's capital. External wallet PnL and the shop book's results are different records and should be assessed separately.
Attract capital through understandable work
Explain the approach, keep the activity legible and show how the book is being managed. A storefront makes that work discoverable; investment remains each visitor's choice.
Market feeds and cost-basis estimates may be incomplete. They should support a conversation about the strategy, not substitute for a verified track record.
The marketplace
The marketplace
The marketplace lets an owner offer the shop itself for sale. A buyer can visit the storefront, review the strategy and available history, and decide whether to take over its operation.
What changes hands
A sale transfers the shop NFT and the control attached to ownership. The shop retains its identity, permanent mode and investment book.
Investor shares do not become the buyer's property. The new owner takes responsibility for the strategy but cannot redeem other investors' shares.
A historical record describes past activity. It does not guarantee that a new operator will achieve similar results.
Sale terms
Listings use USDG or WETH. Shop sales have a 2% treasury fee. Renting is not supported.
Marketplace WETH is separate from the arcade's native ETH stake option. Review the asset and price shown in the wallet transaction.
A listing represents an owned shop deed. Visit the shop and review its operator, strategy and sale terms before deciding to buy.
Fees and safeguards
Fees, ownership and informed participation
Onchain Town is designed to give operators an incentive to do useful work, investors clear share ownership, and the community a treasury supported by activity.
Shop harvest split
The harvest model applies to harvested profit:
| Share | Recipient |
|---|---|
| 2% | Town treasury |
| 20% | Shop owner |
| 78% | Shop investment book |
These percentages do not describe a guaranteed yield. New investor deposits are not harvested profit.
Other fees
- Shop creation: 0.01 ETH, with the $SHOP holding requirement.
- Shop marketplace purchase: 2% to treasury.
- Pons trade-fee model: 2% creator trade fee to treasury and approximately 1% protocol fee to Pons; check the applicable trading fees before confirming.
- No planned wallet-to-wallet transfer tax or buybacks.
- No protocol fee simply for holding capital in the shop book.
Network gas, swap costs and external protocol fees may also apply.
Understand what ownership protects
An owner cannot redeem another investor's shares. They can still make strategy decisions that lose money. Contract permissions do not guarantee good trading, safe external protocols or profitable outcomes.
The platform contract owner can upgrade shop contracts immediately, without a waiting period. Those upgrades can change how the contracts and investor funds are handled. This is a separate permission from owning an individual shop.
Withdrawals depend on idle funds and contract conditions. The Farm cash buffer is a liquidity measure, not a guarantee of immediate access to every invested dollar.
Read the labels
Simulation balances, estimated plan APY, linked-wallet history, market-data PnL and a live contract book are different things. Review which source a figure represents.
Incomplete trade history or token transfers can distort cost basis and trader rankings. Past results and high displayed APR do not promise future returns.
Arcade stakes
The ETH/USDG escrow uses explicit player settlement: the loser concedes or both players confirm the same winner. A funded, unsettled match can refund each player's original stake after one hour from creation.
The game display is not an automatic payout instruction. Review the result before confirming it. If players do not agree on a winner, the timeout path returns the original stakes under the escrow rules.
Onchain contracts
The contracts behind the town
A place to meet. An onchain economy to build together.
Onchain Town gives strategies a storefront, operators an identity and investors a way to put capital behind their work. Smart contracts provide the underlying ownership, accounting and transaction rules. The town makes those relationships easier to discover and follow.
The project uses Robinhood Chain, chain ID 4663. Addresses below belong to this network. An address marked To be confirmed is a placeholder, not an address to use for a transaction.

The shops address is the proxy: the stable destination for shop interactions. The contract owner can upgrade its underlying implementation immediately, without a waiting period. This gives the owner control over future contract logic, including how funds are handled. Wallets and integrations should use the proxy address above rather than an implementation address.

The treasury entry is a wallet, not the ShopBoard contract. Native ETH is the network's native asset and has no ERC-20 contract address. Arcade ETH stakes use native ETH; marketplace WETH payments use the wrapped token.
Shops: ownership and investor capital
The shops contract connects a shop's ownership NFT to its strategy mode, operator permissions and USDG investment book. Each shop has its own identifier and accounting. A storefront in the town is the visual way to find that business; its contract record determines onchain ownership and balances.
Opening a shop uses the 0.01 ETH creation fee and the 15,000 $SHOP holding requirement. Farm or Manual mode is chosen at mint and remains fixed. The $SHOP address required by that holding check is 0x896394b09a30ff9bcaa81aa1d0996ab8ebe15b61; the shops contract uses its configured token address for the check.
Investors contribute USDG and receive accounting shares in that shop's book. Those shares represent participation in the book, distinct from the ownership NFT. Buying the storefront does not transfer investors' shares to the buyer.
Operators put the book to work within the contract's permissions. Investors can follow the strategy, review its results and choose whether to supply capital. The economic relationship is direct: operators build a record through their work, and investors decide which work to back.
Withdrawals redeem shares for available USDG and include a minimum-output condition. Deployed positions may need to be unwound before more USDG is available. A displayed portfolio value is not a promise that the full amount is immediately withdrawable.
Strategy operations and adapters
Farm uses a curated plan across stable and risk sleeves, with a 10% idle cash-buffer rule. The approved stable venue is the Steakhouse USDG Morpho vault above. Allocation, harvesting and rebalancing follow the plan and contract restrictions; estimates shown in the town are separate from realized results.
Manual gives the operator a pool-first desk. The operator supplies a pool address, or a V4 pool identifier, and the desk derives its tokens and relevant settings. The shop still starts from a USDG book: liquidity funding uses a USDG amount, with swaps into the required assets as part of the supported contract flow.
For USDG pairs, the liquidity binding identifies the other token. For non-USDG V2/V3 pairs, it identifies both tokens, allowing pairs such as token/WETH. Removing liquidity unwinds the supported assets back toward USDG. Non-USDG dual-token V4 liquidity is not supported, and nonzero V4 hooks require approval.
The V4 adapter is the shops contract's integration destination. It is separate from the raw Uniswap position manager and from each pool's own address or identifier. Pool addresses vary with the operator's chosen market; there is no single contract address for every Manual strategy.
Marketplace and fees
A marketplace purchase transfers the shop ownership NFT using the listing's payment asset and price. The purchase includes expected-token and expected-price checks so a changed listing cannot silently substitute different sale terms.
Marketplace sales use USDG or WETH and carry a 2% treasury fee. Shop creation fees also go to treasury. The harvest model allocates realized profit 2% to treasury, 20% to the shop owner and 78% to the shop book. These percentages apply to the relevant transaction or profit calculation, not to every wallet transfer.
The $SHOP token's trade-fee model is separate: 2% creator fee to treasury and 1% protocol fee to Pons. It does not introduce a wallet-transfer tax or buyback model. The $SHOP token is 0x896394b09a30ff9bcaa81aa1d0996ab8ebe15b61. The trading-pool address is To be confirmed.
ShopBoard: shared capital, shared decisions
ShopBoard contract address: To be confirmed. Its token-dependent configuration uses the $SHOP contract address: 0x896394b09a30ff9bcaa81aa1d0996ab8ebe15b61.
ShopBoard gives the DAO a contract layer for selecting wallet seats, proposing treasury investments, recording votes and distributing eligible realized profits. The town's operators and investors create economic activity; the DAO provides a way for eligible participants to help decide how shared capital is used.
The governance design has 10 wallet seats, including a supply-holding route and a route for qualifying shop owners ranked by realized profit. The supply route requires at least 1% of $SHOP supply. Seats belong to wallets, with one seat per wallet.
Eligible wallets holding more than 25,000 $SHOP receive one vote each. A proposal is capped at 5% of the applicable treasury balance. Proposal timing and eligibility follow the governance parameters described in Town Hall.
When a qualifying investment closes profitably, principal returns to treasury. Eligible realized profit is divided 50% among the proposal's seated-wallet snapshot and 50% among eligible wallets that voted. Allocations become claimable balances. Token ownership by itself does not create a guaranteed reward.
The treasury wallet, the $SHOP token and ShopBoard have different roles. A token holding establishes eligibility under the rules; it does not grant a wallet unrestricted access to the treasury or to investor books.
Arcade escrow: friends, stakes and settlement
Free 8-ball rooms do not require a stake or escrow deposit. For an optional staked match, both players deposit the same amount of native ETH or USDG into the match escrow. Staked seats use wallet addresses, and play waits for funding confirmation.
Settlement is player-triggered: the loser can concede, or both players can confirm the same winner. The game's winner animation does not itself move the pot. If the match remains unsettled 1 hour after creation, either player can trigger the timeout refund, returning each deposited stake to its player. The host can cancel before an opponent joins under the contract's rules.
The escrow does not give the project administrator a force-withdraw path for player pots. It is separate from shop investment books and DAO treasury governance.
What the chain records
Ownership, deposits, withdrawals, strategy transactions and escrow settlement are onchain actions. Navigation, chat, sound, avatar selection and the pool game's moment-to-moment presentation make the town social and interactive, while the relevant contract governs each financial transaction.
This separation lets the town be enjoyable to explore while giving operators and capital providers a concrete record of the economic activity behind each shop. Read Investing for shares and withdrawals, and Fees and safeguards for how estimates, linked-wallet history and shop accounting differ.
Around town
DeFi you can walk into
Explore a town where the people, strategies and community have places to meet. Talk about a shop, compare approaches, customize your character and take a break at the pool table.
The point is to make participation understandable, social and fun while keeping financial decisions deliberate.
Streets and storefronts
Use the town map to find shops and destinations, or walk there yourself. Recenter the camera when needed and scroll or pinch to adjust the view.
The expanded town includes preloaded storefronts, trees, crossings and a central square. These visual buildings help make the town explorable; they do not imply funded businesses.
Town square
The leaderboard highlights shops with available estimated Farm-plan APY. Visit a shop to understand its plan and data before deciding what that number means.
Town Hall
Town Hall gives the DAO a home: discuss opportunities, understand treasury proposals and take part under the community’s eligibility rules.
Chat, characters and sound
Meet other visitors through town chat and presence. Character choices include Robinhood, Neegy, Tung Tung Tung Sahur, Tralalero Tralala and Kirk, alongside basic outfits.
Sound effects cover the town, menus and arcade; mute and volume preferences are saved on your device.
8-ball arcade
Play against the computer, share one device with a friend, or create an online room. Free friend matches do not require a wallet. Share the four-character code and choose Join free match.
Both seats must be filled before a free match starts. If a code cannot be found, retry the lookup or ask the host for a new room. Inactive free rooms expire after 15 minutes without updates.
The game includes aiming guides, spots/stripes indicators, fouls, ball-in-hand and a winner animation.
Optional friend stakes
Online rooms also offer native ETH or USDG stakes. Both players deposit the same amount before play. Staked seats use wallet addresses.
The loser can choose Concede & pay, or both players can Confirm winner. After one hour from match creation, either participant can refund an unsettled funded match, returning each original stake. An unmatched host can cancel and recover their deposit.
Save the room code and match ID. Review the settlement rules under Fees and safeguards before choosing a staked match.
Stay for the community
Come to research a strategy and stay for a conversation. Meet an operator at their shop, compare ideas in the square and challenge a friend after the discussion. The town gives DeFi a social rhythm around the work of managing capital.
